Welcome to the new system. This system is fully automated so your subscription will be renewed and fulfilled instantly.

Log in using your email and password. If your password isn't working, try typing password as the password.

If that does not work, talk to a live agent and request for a new password.

This can be changed after you log in, you do not need to do a "Reset Password" email.

Activation Issues?

Your app Username/Password and Provider ID can be found on this website under My Account > Dashboard
You can also click on your most recent Order and then scroll down to see activation codes.

If you're unable to use the app, try the following.

Firestick:
1. Open the app
2. Press the back button on your remote
3. Click on provider ID and change it from 455 to 836.
4. Press Submit until you get back to screen with username and password.
5. Press back twice on your remote and exit the app.
6. Open the app again and you will login automatically.
7. If it does not log you in automatically, use the TV Subscription User Name as your username and the TV Subscription Password as your password in the app.

Phone:
1. Open the app and it will ask for Provider ID, username and password.
2. Change the provider ID
3. Click submit (leave username/password blank)
4. You will be logged in automatically
